CHERYL CHADWICK EARLY LEARNING CENTER (CCELC):
Substitute Teacher’s Assistant (PT) (Bridgeton) – To execute educational program in line with CCELC educational goals, beliefs, and designed curriculum. Responsible for filling in for absent teachers. Must be able to follow a classroom schedule and work with various ages 0-5. Position is on-call when needed shift may vary from day-to-day. Must have a HS Diploma or GED certificate, and a valid NJ Driver’s License.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT:
GCDCU Bank Manager (PT) (Bridgeton) – Candidate will manage a small satellite newly formed credit union. Responsibilities may include establishing and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing customers, establishing their needs and advising on the suitability of services; visiting business customers and attending meetings and conferences with them and other professionals; communicating, implementing and monitoring compliance with corporate standards and procedures. Interested candidates should possess a High School diploma, some college education, and a valid NJ Driver’s License.

FAMILY SUCCESS CENTER:
Family Partner Worker II (PT) (Salem) - Recruit and train volunteers and families, assist in program planning with families, conduct outreach efforts, coordinate activities for volunteers, overall volunteers, maintain schedules, other related duties. At least one-year experience in recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers for community based organizations, charities etc. and experience working with children and families in a community based setting. Must have own transportation, a valid NJ Driver’s License, ability to read and write; be flexible, have good customer services skill, and bilingual a plus.

FRANK TEJERAS EARLY LEARNING CENTER (FTELC):
Abbott Sub Teachers – Certification 60 College Credits

Bus Aide/Floater (FT) (Vineland) – Responsible for riding the school bus for morning and afternoon routes, deliver meals and materials to classrooms, maintain a sanitary kitchen environment, provide breaks to assigned staff members, and fill in for absent teachers. Must be able to follow a classroom schedule, work with various ages 0-5, and have a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid NJ Driver’s License.

Substitute Teacher’s Assistant (PT) (Vineland) (2) – To execute educational goals, beliefs, and designed curriculum. Track daily attendance, meal count, and assist teacher at all times. Must be able to follow a classroom schedule and work with various ages 0-5. Position is on-call when needed shift may vary from day-to-day. Must have a HS Diploma or GED certificate, and a valid NJ Driver’s License.

HEALTH SERVICES:
Urban Farm Worker (PT) (Bridgeton) - The Mill Creek Urban Farm Worker will assist the Program Coordinator and the Urban Farm Specialist with duties on the farm including but not limited to planting, harvesting, weeding, watering, moderate lifting, constant bending, kneeling and stooping for extended periods, Farmer’s Market, assisting with recruiting volunteers, workshops, hands on demonstrating and general farm duties etc. This position is part-time, approximately 24 hours/week. The Urban Farm Worker will be under the direct supervision of the Program Coordinator and the Urban Farm Specialist. Must have a valid NJ Driver’s License; ability to work independently, operate farm equipment, flexible hours, and weekends.





Health Services Administrative Assistant (FT) (Bridgeton) - To provide personal, professional administrative assistant services to the V.P. of Health Programs at Gateway Community Action Partnership at the executive level of agency administration. Minimum two-year associates degree from an accredited college with courses in business, administration, or other related field. Work experience in related field may be considered as substitute for part of the associate's entire degree requirement. Experience with medical billing or similar field preferred. Must be able to write, speak and translate Spanish and English. Valid New Jersey Drivers License, Ability to work independently and follow directions. Some weekend hours. Computer literacy is necessary.

SPRING GARDENS:
Assistant Property Manager (FT) (Vineland) – The Assistant Manager will market and lease apartments, collect rents and inspect apartments, prepare and track maintenance work orders; ensure that residents are provided with a clean safe well maintained community. Candidate will also interview residents for annual recertification process and interview applicants returning application to ensure program eligibility per HUD guidelines; must posses driver’s license, must be computer Microsoft offices experience, must posses a High School diploma and have excellent organizational and customer service skills. Two years experience of section 8 housing program is preferred.

WIC:
WIC Clerk/Van Driver (FT) (Camden, Cumberland, & Salem) - The WIC Clerk will be responsible for determining participants’ program eligibility, heath screenings (blood work and anthropometrics); preparing participant charts, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, Filing. Other duties assigned by supervisor/program manager. A High School Diploma or GED and a Valid Driver’s license with CDL Class B; travel is required. One year experience with administrative duties and must be computer literate. Have excellent customer service skills; be reliable and able to work with children and be comfortable working in a high-paced environment. Drive and set-up the van per schedule, responsible for regular maintenance and up keep of the vehicle. Keep daily travel logs, maintenance logs, licensing, registration, and other documentation. Assist in the clinic set-up. Ability to work independently, bilingual (Spanish speaking) is highly desirable. 35 hours work week.
