Home Buyer Education Foreclosure Prevention Homes for Purchase: Wesley II Development Parvin's Branch Townhomes Spring Gardens Senior Housing
Home Buyer Education Gateway's Housing Department offers housing counseling services, including home buyer education classes and foreclosure counseling.
Home buyer education classes are designed to educate potential home buyers in every aspect of the home buying process. Partaking in these classes will help prospective home buyers understand budgeting and credit, mortgage and financing, shopping for a house, home maintenance and the closing process. Participants will receive a certificate after attending all required sessions. Those interested in the First Time Home Buyer Program, USDA funding, down payment assistance or any other state-funded program are required to take these classes. The next session will take place in April 2011 at Gateway's administrative offices in Bridgeton. Classes will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on April 5, 7, 12, 19, 21 & 26. Registration deadline is Thursday, March 31, 2011 and space is limited. Please call Dana Hollingshead at the above number to register.

Foreclosure Prevention Gateway offers free foreclosure prevention services to help those having trouble paying their mortgages stay in their homes. Homes for Purchase: Wesley II Development Gateway's Housing Department has two houses for purchase in its Wesley II Development located in Southeast Bridgeton. If you meet the following criteria please make an appointment to come to our Bridgeton office to discuss your options.
These affordable houses are for borrowers who meet the following criteria:
- Must have a least one dependent.
- Meet the income guidelines (below).
- Must have workable credit/able to secure mortgage.
- Must have funds for down payment and closing costs.
- Must attend seven weeks of homeownership training.
This spacious rancher is part of the Wesley Village Development.
